Torrsk Oruo'rel is a veteran military officer, who served in the Bothan military before and during the Clone Wars. He retired some years ago, but became involved with the Rebel Alliance, ultimately going on to become a General in SpecForce, and also a leading advocate for the political views of the Bothan people.

Currently, he is now the General in SpecForce, and also oversees most other aspects of the Rebellion's ground forces. In addition, he is the incumbent Bothan representative on the Alliance Ruling Council.
