Joseph Cullen is the younger brother of the internationally famous mutant rights activist Gregory Cullen.
Powers
Mirror can sense the powers of all mutants within twenty feet of him and use them as his own. He can only use one power at a time if more than one mutant is close to him. Through years of training with his brother, Mirror can now choose which power he manifests. He uses this power to help train other mutants to control and master their powers.
