This order will take place once the Starfighter order is complete, at 10/26 7:00am board time. It will take 11 days, so it will be done November 6, 7:00am. An IL-60 will act as a HQ for each fleet on extended missions.

We're going to add a Class 2 hyperdrive and a cloaking device to it, so instead it'll be done November 19, 7:00am board time.
