Cloaking Proton Torpedo/Concussion Missile turret

This torpedo/missile turret will remain cloaked, until its neightboring tractor beam mine or its sensors indicate that a starship or starfighter is within range. It will then decloak, and fire its missiles/torpedos at the object.

2 Torpedo launchers, 2 Concussion Missile Launchers.
160 Concussion Missiles, 120 Proton Torpedos.
3 Light maneuvering thrusters.
