Kaine simply smiled at Vega. He turned around, and began to walk away, when he remembered something.
“Umn, Vega.. May we take your ship?”

:: Vega nodded slowly, wondering why Kaine wanted to use the Fenix.
Sure. The Fenix is bayed up at the Empire HQ. Hop onto Red Dwarf and we'll hed back to the HQ and pick up the Fenix. It'll get us around a lot faster..
Kaine half smiled, showing appreciation as Vega turned and walked off back to the gunship Red Dwarf. He closed his eyes, thoughts darting around as he walked up into the ship, followed close by Kaine.
(Deja vu .. the last time this happened me and Duos.. Kaine.. got in trouble.)
His mind replayed a few events before settling as it began to concentrate on the controls of the ship and fire up the engines. ::
Sit down and don't touch anything. We'll be at Munto Curdo in no time. From then on, you follow my lead and keep yourself quiet until we reach the hanger bay and get onto the Fenix, alright?
Vega glanced over his shoulder to see Kaine nod. Nodding to himself, Vega knocked the engines into full power as Red Dwarf lifted off the ground, starting its brief journey back to the Sith Empire ::

Kaine simply smiled. The ship suddenly set off to space, and moments later, off into hyperspace, heading for the home of the Sith Empire. Kaine tried to remember some fun parts of his childhood with Vega, and one came out..

“Betcha cant catch me!”
Oran yelled, as he went running down the street. Kaine chuckled, then chased after him at full pace. Although Oran had a head-start, Kaine didn't lose or gain any ground on the teenager. They continued running, dodging humans and aliens alike. Oran turned around a corner, and shortly after, Kaine came running around. He suddenly skidded to a halt, dirt rising up and around him. Oran seemed to have disappeared into thin air. The 10 year old started walking forward, wondering where his teen friend Oran had got to. The next thing he knew, he was on the ground, wrestling with the teen. He had hid behind a small crate until Kaine walked past, and when he did, Oran jumped out and tackled him. They wrestled on until Oran got the upper hand, and pinned him down.
“Okay, okay, you win ..”
Kaine declared and Oran hastily got off him. The teen helped him up, and they simply grinned at each other.
“Hey, we should go get a drink, then get home.”
And they did just that. Shortly after, the two walked into the cantina, and sat on there usual stools. The bartender hastily made his way over, and smiled at the two.
“Hey Duos, Oran! How's it goin' ya youngin's?”
“I'm great, thanks.” Oran said.
“Me too!” Kaine snapped out right after Oran.
“You two seem a bit scruffed up, what ya's been doin'?”
The two chuckled at each other, as Oran told the bartender. He also let out a small laugh, then turned and walked off, going to get Kaine's and Oran's usual drinks. A Fire Olvide. It was just like a red cordial, yet it was much sweeter. Kaine drank it all the time, and he had now got Oran hooked onto it.
The two hastily finished their drinks, said goodbye to the bartender, and walked out from the cantina. It was getting kinda late now, and they didn't like being out a this time. Especially with all the thieves and kidnappers about.
“Hey, Oran..?”
“Yeah, Duos?”
“Look behind you.”
The moment that Oran turned around, Kaine went running at full speed. When Oran turned back to were Kaine was, he saw he was gone, and he chuckled. Oran went running down the street, chasing after Kaine. They both ran all the way back to the little place they had, and when they got back, Oran tackled Kaine into the dirt. The 10 year old quickly pushed Oran off him, and walked into their little place. He quickly jumped in bed, and Oran got into his own.
“G'night, Oran..”
“'Night, Duos..”
And the two fell to sleep shortly after.

Kaine simply smiled. He had some good times when he was younger... But that was the past. Everyone had changed now.
Kaine leaned back in his sleep, and went into a small meditating state, as they headed for the Sith Empire.

Sometime later, at the Sith Empire...
:: The two had safely managed to skulk their way un-noticed through the Empire Shipyards. It wasn't that hard, infact, as they weren't excactly the heaviestly guarded area of the Empire. With the combined force powers of the two they had created a large cloaked shield around their bodies and had safely boarded the Fenix. Now, with Vega in the pilots seat and Kaine sitting beside him at the weapons controls, they were ready.
This is the TIE Phantom Praetor Fenix. Captain Vega Van-Derveld speaking. Requesting clearance for take off.
Roger that, Fenix. You are clear to go.
The engines of the ship burst into action, sending bright blue and green flames of energy into the air as the lightweight ship hovered then burst forth into the air.
Hull 75.. ECM and Sensors online...Approaching Sub-light speed of 10..
Vega half twisted in his chair and looked at Kaine.
Cloak your presence. There should only be one being on the ship. If there's another sensored we may be stopped.
He turned back to look out the main window, not concerned with Kaines reaction.
Deflector shields angled.. Full power maintained...
The engines whirred loudly as the space infront of the viewscreen seemed to slow down for a brief second before suddenly rushing towards the ship in an array of bright white light.
Excactly 24 minutes later...
The ship crashed out of hyperspace into the space know as the Senex sector. A read-out appeared on the screen infront of Vega..
Yetoom, Greeb-Streebling Cluster, Mussubir III, Karfeddion, Belsavis, Gathus ... North Quadrant planets in the Senex sector.
Vega drummed in a few minor details onto the keypad then streched up above his head, knocking out the light in the cockpit.
We don't want anyone on Yetoom noticing us. There's a rather threatening drugs plantation plus dealer based out on their...
The ships speed drowned down significantly as it approached the surface of Karfeddion, the ever familiar planet drawing closer by the minute ::

Karfeddion.... Home....
The green and blue planet. Water covered atleast 60% of the whole planet, while the other 40% was controlled by land. It was a beautiful planet from out in space, and was just as beautiful on the ground. Kaine smiled as the continued the descent to the planet.
Shortly after..
Kaine and Vega walked down the ramp of the ship. This was a place both of them hadn't been for quite a long time. Kaine smiled slightly, as he looked around. He breathed in the fresh air, as he stepped away from Vega's ship.
“Ah, It's good to be back home .. 'ey Vega? Although this aint your home.. It's close enough.”
Kaine simply smiled.
“Hmn, Where should we start looking?”

:: Vega looked over the roughly familiary landscape, enjoying the view. The whole area was unspoilt, excepting ofcourse the old Imperial base which now seemed to be thriving more so than when Vega had last seen it. ::
You know this place better than I, Kaine... Why don't you lead the way?

OOC: Thanks. -.-; lol.
IC:
“Maybe she's still a slave..? We should check out the slave quarters first..”
Kaine knew the way to the slave quarters like the back of his hand. Both Vega and Kaine slowly started their way for the slave quarters. Kaine suddenly stopped, and stared down the street.
“Hey.. Vega.. Look - The cantina..”
Kaine had forgotten all about the cantina. The place that he met her. Her, as in Khaliqua, of course. Kaine could still remember the first time he saw her. He sighed softly, and turned back to Vega.
“Cantina, or Slave quarters? And YOU are choosing..”

Kaine looked at the cantina once more, then turned back to Vega and nodded. They went walking down the street, heading for the slave quarters.
Moments later..
Kaine and Vega looked around the slave quarters for anyone that had blue hair, and looked 17. All they saw was teenage boys and girls. No-one over 17.
“They must be out doing their slave duties..”
He said to Vega, as he turned to him. Vega simply nodded to him, and they both turned around.
“Where should we go now?”

:: Vega rasped an annoyed growl at the fact that Kaine couldn't seem to see his sister. The Sith ran one hand back through his hair and scanned around the area.
There's the old imperial building.. the cantina.. and... that tiny excuse of a space port.
His mind ran with ideas. Where would a teen girl be? Where would a Van-Derveld be? Where would his sister be? He had absolutely no idea. No being raised as a slave, he himself did not know how there minds worked. With an uneasy mind he spoke quietly ::
Where would you be if you were her, Kaine?

Kaine thought for a moment, trying to regain the slave side of his mind. If he were still a slave, where would he be at this time in the day? Oh! Of course!
“She'd probably be out doing her slave job.. But what would she do..? She used to work at an old fruit shop.. We passed it on the way here, but it wasn't there.”
He shook his head slightly, looking at the ground, seemingly deep in thought. What would she be right now? His thoughts were interupted by a small growl from his stomach, and he looked at Vega.
“Umn, heh.. Can we go get somethin' ta eat from the Cantina? Kinda hungry..”

:: Vega canted his head to the side and groaned.
Is food all you think about?
There was no reply.
Fine fine.. the cantina.. let's go..
The two headed off to the Cantina, still in search for the girl. ::
Sometime later, at the Cantina..
:: Striding into the bussled and smoke filled Cantina, Vega wasn't sure whether he had turned up at the right place. It seemed completely different to when he had last visited, the decor was all.. space age, instead of the rustic look it had before. There was one thing that hadn't changed though. And that was the crowd of people who came here. Stil the same old half dead guys playing cards, still the slave kids bunking off work. ::
Alright. You're the former Jedi. You're good with people. Ask about the girl.

Kaine thinks about wacking Vega over the head slightly, but stops himself, and simply chuckles softly.
“.. Cant we have something to eat first?”
Vega let out a small sigh, and Kaine simply laughed softly. They made their way over to a table in a darkened corner, and waited for some service.
“Well, Some service would be nice..”
He muttered to himself, as he looked around.

Khaliqua Van Derveld
Guest
(A young woman stood behind the bar, restocking the various alcohol containers when someone tapped her on the shoulder)
"Sug, you got a table in the cornuh.. they may have been waitin a long time, go greet them."
(Blushing she turned around, and stared intently at the men sitting in the darkened corner. A slight apprehensive feeling welled up inside of her, and she nearly told her friend to take the table. Unfortunately, Khali knew it was her turn. Wiping her hands on her apron, she rushed over to the table. Her long blond hair fell in her face, obscuring her features.)
"Hey there boys, hope I didn't keep ya too long. Barmaids work is nevuh done."
(She eyed them both, feeling as though she should recognize them. The apprehension increased tenfold standing in front of the two men. Pushing a strand of hair behind her ears, she smiled a pretty smile -- trying to push her feeling aside.)
"So what can I do you boys for this evenin? We have some specials tonight... the Corellian burger is excellent, as is the stew.. we also have a full bar at your service."
(Khali found herself looking at the blue haired one. He was extremely good looking, though she felt like she should know him.)
"You know, boys.. Ah don't think I recognize y'all from around here.. what brings ya to this heap of junk?"
(A loud crash echoed from the kitchen, and the girl quickly jerked around. The noise had startled the wits out of her. Worriedly, she glanced back towards the table.)
"Oh dear.. old Mattino's probably hurt himself again.. they'll be yellin for me soon.. you'll have tah hold that thought, sugar.. Just give me your orders, and ah'll be right back with y'all's food."

:: Vega quirked an eyebrow as the noise of an accident in the kitchen was heard. He glanced to Kaine, a small nerve in the back of his mind telling him something was wrong. Returning his sight back to the waitress he paused for a moment before ordering for both himself and Kaine.
Two of those burgers will do nicely.
Vega didn’t actually care what he was going to be eating. His mind wasn’t on food, it was wandering across the true matter of their being here. Propping his elbow against the table he closed his eyes, pondering to himself. ::

Kaine flinched slightly as he heard the rustling going on in the kitchen. A small chuckle escaped his throat, as he turned his head down to the table. Briefly looking up at the waitress as Vega ordered for them both, he really didn't take any notice of her appearence. She then went off to get their food, and Kaine turned back to Vega.
“Remember Mattino?”

Khaliqua Van Derveld
Guest
(Khali smiled, the order was simple enough. Quickly, she walked towards the kitchen, going to help the old man who had fallen. Taking his arm she pulled him to his feet.)
"Mattino.. you should be more careful, sugah. Yah know you can't be liftin things like ya used to!"
(The old man smiled and patted her cheek. Khali helped him over to a chair and checked to make sure he wasn't hurt too badly. Not seeing any injuries, she kissed the man on his cheek.)
"Be more careful, please Mattino. Yah weren't hurt this time, but next you might not be so lucky."
(Leaving the poor man behind, she strode to the cook to give them her order. Hustling back behind the bar top, she stared intently on her lone table. Images flashed through her mind, and the sense of recognition came even stronger. Busying herself tidying up the bar, she waited for their meals to come out.)

:: Staring with a confused mind at the table Vega began to drum his fingers against the table top.
Mattino? Was he the man who helped you or something...?
Vega didn't have much to say. He was in a sort of... dream state within his mind. ::

“The bartender! The one that we always used to talk to.. He wouldn't remember us now.. Oh well.”
Several memories came back to Kaine, mostly the ones of talking to the bartender, Mattino. He was always nice to him and Vega, and always funny. Kaine sighed lightly, and waited for his food.
