NINERS!!!!!!!![]()
9ers and Lions both come back to win their games. Lion's are 4-0... who would have thunk that.
Buffalo I am dissapoint. Also MN is dumb.
The Lions are the biggest surprise of the year. I was glad the Chiefs finally won a game. They get the colts next week, so they might be able to salvage their season. The Eagles are a huge disappointment so far. Where is this so called dream team?
It's a good thing you clarified - I was going to put you down for the Rice Owls. :mneh
So apparently the NFC West read my comments? The 9ers won, the Seahawks took the Falcons to the wire, and the Cardinals are driving on the Giants in the waning seconds... Wow, my score's going to be horrible today.
Incidentally, the refs really saved the Giants' bacon. During their final drive, Victor Cruz caught a pass over the middle and stumbled to the ground without being touched. He then got up and left the ball on the ground, and the Cardinals pounced on it. The refs blew the whistle and signaled Giants first down, and when Ken Whisenhunt challenged it, he was told that Cruz gave himself up by going to the ground. It's a judgment call, so it can't be challenged, but it was pretty obviously the refs covering themselves for having missed the call in the first place.
On the very next play, Manning hit Manningham for the go-ahead touchdown.

It's like Buffalo said "Wait a minute, we're not supposed to be this good" and sat down again. My other missed pick was one I'd tagged as a close game, as indeed the score indicates.
12-2 on the early and mid games. And my Seppuku streak is still alive!
DET - ALL HAIL MEGATRON.
SF - Eagles you look awful.
MIN @ KC - dammit Vikings, just let AP run.
WAS - STL wasn't good to start with and they are beat up.
NO - A bajillion points did not come, but a good day.
TEN - Hasslebeck takes apart the Browns secondary.
HOU - Dice roll gets results!
BUF @ CIN - no Bills no =[
CHI - Da Bears.
7/9
ATL - The Seahawks are Real Bad, but apparently ATL is garbage on the road.
NYG - Not enough randomness in this week for the Giants to lose to the Cards.
GB - Aaron Rodgers, butcher of secondaries.
SD - Dolphins are DUMB, also, without their starting QB to finish the game and new weapon Daniel Thomas. Utterly hopeless.
NE - Brady does bidness.
5/5
12/14
