Well, I just got done watching this movie. I rented it for someone I lived with, and decided I'd give it a watch, cause she said it was awesome, but really slow in some parts.

I found this a well done football movie. Especially since it's a true story about a football team in Odessa, TX. All the 'slow' parts, weren't really slow.

It showed you how much pressure was on the players, the seventeen year olds back then, in that small town. How everyone was expecting things of them.

I'll eventually add it to my DVD collection. I was pleased with it.

I really really want to see this one. Anything that takes me back to my old glory days is always time well spent.
