Character Background

• Born to a pirate family on Ord Cestus with two brothers and one sister, the youngest.
• Having a long history with piracy, the nature to live with the mindset of taking whatever they wanted seemed natural and once he was old enough to join a crew, Syravari jumped at the chance.
• Slavery was an acquired taste, but having that chance to lord over another weaker group and the credits they could bring prompted the new captain to enjoy the avenue.

Raw Material

• Pride and ego have gotten the older pirate captain into more trouble than he's willing to admit, but when a problem's been in sight, he takes care of it no matter what it takes.
• His new yacht, the Grosetto, was won in a sabaac match on Nar Shaddaa a year ago and has become the pride of his pair of ships.
• Slaves sometimes escape their buyers and eventually come looking for the one that shot those that wouldn't turn a profit.
• Ships and small stations, colonies have been hit with regularity, offering no end of possibilities for crossing paths with this thug.
• Cloud City has also become a favorite haunt for Syravari and his crew, offering another avenue for trouble.

Plot Ideas

• Dealings with selling slaves to the Empire.
• Slaving for Hutt Space.
• Selling booty taken from ships belonging to wealthy businessmen from all over the Inner and Outer Rim, including the Corporate Sector.
• The occasional Force sensitive slave sold or bartered to another Force using group for a future favor.
• Any captured Alliance members, citizens whose ident cards were "lost" during transfer to either Hutt Space or the out of the way mining colony.
