Enchanting Wizard can't access her account.

My poor sweet wife cannot access get account. She can't remember her password, has lost access too the email address she used to register the account. Is there another way to recover her password?

Also, she said she couldn't register a new account.

As per registering a new account, if she's trying to do so with the Nual layout, try it with another. Down at the bottom of the screen should be a dropdown menu with the different layouts.

If you can PM the email address associated with her account to Morgan Evanar, he can get it changed for you. But it also wouldn't be a bad idea to register an account for Valrya.
