Name: Serena Laran

History: Serena was a Jedi padawan at the start of the Clone Wars, and was raised to knight during them. She barely survived being attacked by her clone commanders during a diplomatic mission in the Outer Rim, ending up taking sanctuary on a remote planet among a pre-hyperspace civilization. She lived there in peace as a healer and prophet until shortly after the Battle of Endor, when she was forced to out herself as a Jedi to the Imperial Garrison stationed there in order to protect the people. Serena joined with the Rebellion when she realized what was going on in the galaxy, and worked incessantly to bring other Jedi together from the far reaches of the galaxy. Now, five years later, she is part of the Jedi Council on Ossus, and a respected leader.

[Kyle Krogen]

History: Abandoned in the streets of Coruscant as a child, Kyle grew up among the other street urchins where his force attunement gave an edge to whatever street gang wanted him. An Imperial crackdown on street gangs forced Kyle into hiding in the depths of Coruscant's lower levels. Down there he met a Jedi Master and survivor of the purge who took the young man and trained him in the traditional ways of the force. After the Jedi Master died Kyle began his own journey, giving aid to other wayward force users and lost Jedi until he was eventually captured by the Imperial Inquisition and painfully incarcerated for years until rescued by an Alliance operation. Now living on Ossus the Jedi Knight is working on overcoming his damaged psyche and become an active member of the Jedi community.

History: Born in the slum districts of the Cizerack planet of Syragor, Draiya lived most of her life hand-to-mouth as her parents tried to make a decent living. Eventually her parents joined with a traveling merchant company to seek their fortunes away from the Cizerack Pride. While on one such stop, Draiya was separated from her parents in the midst of an Imperial attack, spirited away by Ben Merasska and Enedra Myhre. She was later brought to the Jedi convoy, and discovered she had a natural force affinity for creating illusions.

History: Born on New Plympto into a life of wealth, Anbira and his family were forced to relocate to Corellia at the outset of hostilities during the Clone Wars. His family was staunchly allied with the Republic, and as the transition from Republic to Empire took root, the Hicchorus resolutely cast their lot with the Empire. Rather than taking up the mantle of leadership in his father's trade company, Anbira sought his fortunes in the Imperial Academy, training in the Stormtrooper Corps to serve the Emperor. His first posting was a garrison on Felucia, where he saw the ugliness of war first-hand. Becoming disillusioned, and questioning how just the cause was, Anbira's stormtrooper recon patrol was ambushed by Felucian resistance and he was left for dead when his speeder bike was destroyed. Alone and cut off from his allies, Anbira survived in the deep wilds, and eventually came to a site he later discovered was the place where Aayla Secura had been murdered during the Clone Wars. At this nexus of the force, he heard a guiding voice that directed him further into the wilderness. His communion with the force began, and Anbira soon learned that he was innately gifted with force sensitivity. More importantly, he was able to commune with powerful spirits of Jedi Masters long-dead who had become One with the Force. In seclusion, he learned to fend for himself, live off the land, and was taught the mysteries of the Jedi by the Old Masters. Many years later, he helped the Jedi Master Wei Wu Wei escape from Felucia, joining him as they beat a hasty retreat. His travels would take him many places, but eventually he would find the company of other Jedi outcasts in the Wheel, and would follow them to Ossus.

[Sirdi Kōhō]

History: Little information is on file about Sirdi's origins. Galactic database's record his first documents in Ord Mantell as a freight hand two years after the Battle of Yavin. Since, his employment history continues in Naboo, Druckenwell and Lok as a corporate transporter before he turned 18 years old. After his birthday, he enlisted in the Allliance to Restore the Republic military as a technician. His developments in the armed forces took an odd turn as he shifted from roles as a convoy cook to Sullust rebel base barber. Recently relocated to Ossus, where his superiors have placed him on inactive duty. The remainder of his information is classified.

[Talus]

Name: Tal Usak "Talus"
Age: 15 Galactic Standard Years/5 BBY
Species: Zabrak
Hair/Eye Color: None, nine horn with three prominent horns on the crown of his head / Blue / Blue Facial asymmetrical Facial tattoo, with dominant markings on the right.
Living Relatives: A pair of brothers Sal and Mal, both foot soldiers in the Republic.

History: Talus was born on Iridonia, after its subjugation by the Empire. His father and mother were resistance fighters who sadly lost their lives when Talus was young. As such, Talus was raised by his much older brothers, Sal and Mal. The Usak brothers raised their youngest sibling to survive the cruel oppression of the Empire by toughening him up. When Talus was in his teens, his brothers noticed the young man's impressive reaction time. Being familiar with the Jedi Order, they spirited him off the planet bringing him to Ossuss, hoping that he would help the cause. Before leaving Iridonia though, the brothers tattooed his face with a bright blue symbol, putting the majority of the mark on his right hand side. The markings represented balance, tipped toward the side of light.

[Rognan Dar]

Name: Rognan Dar
Age/DoB: 27 years old / 17 BBY

Living Relatives: Both parents and a little sister
History: Rognan was a youth of 15 when he was discovered by the Jedi and taken from his home world of Lorrd to train as a Jedi. He was discovered by Jedi while they were being convoyed around by the Rebels in the group called The Wheel. He was trained by some of the remaining Jedi that were still part of the convoy helping to protect it. After his initial training was complete he set off on his own and joined the fight to help push back the empire and once again regain control. That, however, never happened. The war got uglier as it went on and Rognan, along with other ambitious Jedi and Alliance troops, continued to do what they could to help the Alliance cause. Rognan witnessed much death and sadness through the war and when things finally came to a halt and the constant fighting was over, Rognan decided to seek reprieve and solace from the things he had seen and done. He first went back to his home world and saw his family which he had not seen for many years since he joined the Jedi. He took that time to reconnect with his heritage, kinetic communication, passed on since the freedom of the Lorrdians from their enslavement. After spending some time with his family he decided to travel to Yavin IV for some self reflection and to try to find his inner peace once again. He had seen too much death in such a short time and he debated heavily whether he should return to the Jedi or not. After training, living and communing with the planet and wildlife a strong urging was pulling him away from his solitude. It was finally time to pick up his lightsaber once again.

[Ilias Nytrau]

Name: Ilias Nytrau

Living Relatives: None Known / Unknown Relational Link - Lucianus Adair (Uncle)

History: To Ilias, (to anyone, really) his true birth origins and genetic makeup are unknown. As an infant, Ilias and his twin brother were adopted by a loving Coruscanti couple and his very early childhood was happy, until the age of two when the first show of his abilities in the Force came into play; no such thing happened for his brother. Thus it came to pass that the very young boy was sent to be with the Jedi, where he learned and grew, becoming a talented healer and Jedi Knight a good while before the Clone Wars began. With Order 66, he went into a hiding of sorts, ‘resurfacing’ as the Jedi began to gather in secrecy, some years later.

He now spends the majority of his days on Ossus, tending to wounds and ills, caring for a modest plot of tea plants and other medicinal herbs, and training the next generations of Jedi.

[Eah Kell]

Name: Eah Kell

Hair/Eye Color: No hair, black eyes (but her face is behind a mask so you'll neeeever know!)
Living Relatives: Parents and reasonably large extended family back on Dorin, in various states of pride and bitterness that the youngest of the family has ventured offworld. Her family is fairly influential in their corner of Dorin and there are Kells in galactic politics; her great-uncle was a highly respected Jedi negotiator in the years before the Purge.
History: The first part of her training with the Baran Do sages on her homeworld now complete, Eah has elected (and, in some ways, has been selected) to transfer to the Jedi enclave on Ossus for the remainder of her training. She comes from a well-to-do family and a somewhat charmed childhood; though life in the Baran Do order is not exactly opulent, it's not an ascetic existence, either, and she spent much of her formative years in her family's and extended family's several plush residences on Dorin. She wanted for nothing, and as the youngest disciple among the sages she excelled in her studies and was well-loved. When the opportunity for her further study with the Jedi presented itself, as well as the chance to reestablish firm contact between Dorin and the Alliance, Eah was put forward by her family as a sort of preliminary representative, with the support of the Baran Do.

She brings with her several valuable collections of Baran Do and Jedi history and philosophy for the Jedi to add to their library, transported at considerable risk from the difficult-to-access Dorin. She cannot thus easily return, and must now commit to training as a Jedi; their militant way of life and - to her mind - reckless general philosophy are as alien to her as the verdant and atmospherically calm world of Ossus, but for all that she was coddled at home, she'll find out quickly that she isn't the golden child, here.

History:

Records show that Kira Xextos didn't exist prior to 4bby and much of the girls true origins remain a mystery

From what is known, Kira Xextos was taken in and grew up nurtured by an Echani war general named Manu Xextos, who found her after a supposed exile on the moon Yavin VIII, and Manu himself was running from the Empire for his own reasons. By her request she stayed with him, and the rest of Kira's childhood was spent either in space, or jumping from one uncivilized planet to the next, far away from the Empire's reach, as well as civilizations.
