Looks like our first thread was being a pain... er, I mean... a strain on the Data Base. But, we were given Mr. Net's blessing to start a new thread and he would be kind enough to do the linking with the old and new.

But, for convenience sake, and so as not to have to go back and forth between threads to see what servers people are playing on, I copied the first post from the old thread to the new, and I updated it.

WarCraft world map - This will aid you greatly in figuring out the layout of the land. Note: Only capitol cities and major towns are listed. Smaller hovels are not listed.

Unofficial WoW Database - A collection of all sorts of information and tidbits, ranging from locating an item in-game to finding where a certain object is dropped, whether by a creep or quest.

Unofficial WoW Cartography Map - A collection of all regions and their respective roads, points of interests, etc.

Alliance & Horde Races - The Alliance has 4 races and the Horde has 4 races. Each one has their pros and cons, but in the end, each faction is evened out nicely.

Classes - Each race has four to six classes to choose from. Some races have different classes from other races.

Professions - Professions are in addition to your class. You can have up to two professions. They aid greatly in aquiring more money.

Money - 100c (copper) = 1s (silver); 100s = 1g (gold).
