Mos Eisley, a town known to hold many of those of ill repute oft times. As usual, the temperature was scalding and the sun was unheeded in its blistering of the surface by any unusual weather patterns. This planet, Tatooine, had no unusual weather patterns, its inhabitants only knew one thing about what the next day would bring, and it was certain to be that way each day that followed, sweltering sun and sand as far as the eye could see.

It had been many months since the Sith Master known throughout the universe as Darth Ogre had visited here, that occasion bringing about the destruction of something near and dear to the Skywalker family. Something that Ogre still regarded as a thing that brought him pleasure to recall.

Walking through the streets, head covered by his black cloak’s hood, his presence was not to hard to miss as his stature was indeed impressive, besides just the fact of his size, all the weapons on his person, under his cloak, made him appear even larger.

Making his way towards the Mos Eisley Cantina, Ogre had business to attend to, but that would have to wait until the arranged time, and whether or not his contact would show up. People stayed out of the path of the large ominous looking beast as he walked, stopping to stare and wonder just what one such as he may be doing here.

(The stench inside was beginning to bother him, so many varieties of beings in this place, some unclean, while others were just naturally foul. The human male, known to very few, rose from his barstool, having been interrogating the barkeep in search of information previously with no luck acquiring the information he sought, he made his way towards the doorway, keeping a watchful eye over his shoulder, wondering if anyone would be curious and follow him, having possibly overheard his inquiries.

His attention not really on the exit as he made his way out, he found himself running into a rather large being, robed in black. It was like running into a brick wall, and he turned to face the creature, beginning to try and excuse himself for having been so rude as to impede his progress into the Cantina.)

“My apologies sir.” (He said graciously, taking a step back so that the being could have clear access to the doorway.)

A growl erupted from Ogre as the man ran into him, and tried to apologize for his disrespect. In the blink of an eye, the man was no longer on his feet, as a three-fingered claw reached out and hoisted him from the ground, wrapped around his neck, squeezing firmly yet not so hard the human couldn’t speak.

“I have killed people for less then you have just done.”

The tips of Ogre’s claws began to pierce flesh as his face was no longer obscured enough by the hood on his head to hide his face, his deep green eyes staring into the very soul of the suspended human, white tusks brightly glistening in the sunlight.

    “Are you afraid?”

(This was most unexpected and distressing. The strength of the unfamiliar being was staggering and he felt helpless in his grasp and began to struggle to breathe, feeling sharp pains in his neck where the creature’s claws broke the surface of his skin.

He was unarmed and generally a peaceful type, so he was at a loss as to what he might do now. This situation had definitely escalated far beyond what he had wished and the creature staring into his eyes and speaking so confidently about dealing death sure didn’t make him feel like getting out of this predicament unharmed would be very easy.

Struggling to get out an answer to the beast’s question, Eldrick’s voice was raspy and labored.)

    “Yes, I am afraid.”

(It was all he was able to convey before he felt himself getting dizzy and lightheaded due to the lack of air entering his lungs. He knew if he wasn’t released soon that he would pass out, and this was not a place he wanted to be unconscious and vulnerable. Though from the looks of things, being unconscious might be the least of his worries.)

It was obvious to Ogre that this unknown man was unarmed, but that didn’t change the fact that he had risen the green Sith’s ire. Sensing the man’s fear even before he answered Ogre’s question, made the Sith Master even more anxious to spread and cause more.

Nearby onlookers passed by steering clear of the skirmish, as Ogre proceeded to slam the man backwards into the outer wall of the Cantina, releasing his grip of the man’s neck, just as the back of his head struck the solid surface wickedly.

As the man slid down the wall, Ogre reached into his cloak and withdrew his saber from its place on his leg, snapping it to life with a flick of the wrist, while Eldrick tried to regain his senses, lying prone on the ground. Ogre placed the tip of the glowing red blade, just above the man’s right knee.

“How about I remove your leg for starters? Then move on to other body parts, until there is nothing more left of you than scattered amputated parts.”

:: Slowly from the shadows of the cantina emerged Darth Phantom, apprentice to the mighty Darth Ogre. Phantom slowly mad his way to where his master was ::

Let me do it Master. No need to waste your time on this little man.

(Eldrick’s eyes became the size of nana fruits as the Sith Master drew and ignited his saber. This was the first time he had ever seen such a weapon. He had heard plenty of tales about the bearers of such weapons and that was one of the reasons he was here. He wished to learn more about these weapons and the ones known throughout the universe as the Jedi. Seeing his current predicament, that may not be happening.

He inched further back up against the wall he was sitting against and did all he could to try and get out of the reach of the red glow moving nearer and nearer to his leg, without making any sudden moves. It was reflex to try and get away, but he was basically cornered against the wall, nowhere to go.

And then another came out from the Cantina, one who seemed to know the creature that was taunting taking off his limbs. This situation was growing worse and worse by the second, all because he merely bumped into the robed creature on his way out. What a horrible day this was turning out to be. Suddenly he wished he had remained on Corellia, and not come here seeking the Jedi.

He looked up at the two standing over him, momentarily speechless, his tongue tied by the fear of death that he felt growing with each moment. Swallowing the lump in his throat and wetting his dry lips with his tongue, he managed to stutter out a few words, pleading for his release.)

“What can I do to make up for what I have done? Surely I can be of more use alive then dead.”

Ogre swung his saber upwards from the man’s leg. The tip of the blade cut the man’s shirt and left a burn across his skin, just before it came to stop, poised directly in front of Eldrick’s eyes, making him go cross eyed, as his attention was drawn to the menacing red blade.

Keeping the saber in place, ready to just push it through the man’s skull, Ogre turned to Phantom and responded. “I’ll kill him, just as soon as I’m through giving him the scare of his life, and showing all the scum around these parts that I am not one to disrespect.”

Ogre's head turned back towards the motionless human, whose forehead was beginning to drip with perspiration, his hands and legs beginning to tremble and shake.

“Tell me exactly what value your life is to me?”

(Upon feeling the surface of his chest burned, his face twists into a pain filled scowl. Hearing the question poised by the Sith Master, begins to make him have to try and think, and try to think fast. Or else it looked as if he might get the saber through the head this time, making his odds of surviving this encounter nil.

This not being the best situation to think clearly in, he finds himself at a loss for a good answer, and scrambles mentally to try and come up with the best one he can, occasionally cursing at himself at not having had at least a blaster on his person at this moment. Damn his peaceful sensibility and lack of desire to bring harm to anything or any one. He had the perfect opportunity to shoot the being down, when he turned to the other to answer the question poised, and looking at what was happening now, would have another chance of momentary distraction.

But there was nothing he could do. Being pinned up against the outside wall of the Cantina left his escape options at zero, fleeing wise and retaliation wasn’t an option due to his own personal code of conduct. If only he had already found the Jedi he sought, and had the opportunity to learn of the Force and be able to use its gifts now, he would probably be able to at least get out of this alive. As it stood though, he was going to have to try and talk his way out of this one.

All these thoughts raced through his head in a split second and then he came crashing back to reality and fumbled for a response, but none came.)

Mos Eisley Cantina is packed with a diversity of alien species escaping the blazing heat of Tatooine's twin suns. The dimly lit rooms are heavy with the drone of laughter, conversation, and arguing.

In the back of the gameroom sits a dark-haired man by the name of Savin Blackwolf. He is a professional smuggler and a brutal pirate. And member of the Shadowfaene team, a group of dark rogues consisting mostly of smugglers. A cold and calculating man whom also has the blessing of being a Force adept, Savin's communion with the Force continues to grow stronger daily.

Across the table from him sits a very dangerous woman, Kandreesa Teir. She is a thief and a very beautiful one at that, though the slightly noticeable pockets on each cheek tell something of Kandreesa.

She is an Anzati, a very vampiric creature. Anzati are able to lull their victims into a trance with mind probes before the two prehensile appendages emerge from their cheek pouches which go up the nostrils of their prey to feed on a "soup" known as the brain. In essence giving their victim a kiss of death. Anzati are very long lived creatures. In fact, if Savin recalls correctly Dannik Jerriko is over a 1000 years old.

Kandreesa is wearing a thin black tunic held closed by a mere red sash; black pants; and sandals upon her feet. Though it would be foolhardy for a woman to be clad like this in the Mos Eisley Cantina but Kandreesa is not an ordinary woman.

Savin uses the Force to shield himself from any Anzati mind probes as the two scoundrels discuss dark dealings ...

Ogre looked away from the human and at Phantom, keeping his saber in its position hovering centimeters from Eldrick’s forehead. “Keep an eye out for brave protectors of the Universe. I doubt any will have the courage to come and try to save this one, for they are too busy with their meditation and self absolution to really perform their duties as some people would expect them to.”

Turning his attention back to the man in front of his saber’s blade Ogre speaks to him again, this time loud, so that all can hear. “You thoughts betray you little man. You wish to be Jedi, and find that you wish you already were. Too bad your never going to get that opportunity. The Jedi protectors of this Universe cower in fear from the might of myself and the organization I represent. Their power to stop evil is nonexistent and pathetic, which you have already begun to see, but soon will no longer know. Because you will die!”

He inched the tip of the saber closer and closer to the man’s head, just touching the tip of it to his skin, searing flesh, and making a circular indention, on his forehead, just above and between his eyes.

Violence and death are as ordinary as night and day in the Mos Eisley cantina. Many of the patrons near the entrance don't even bother to bat an eye at the commotion outside. The few that did are thankful they are not in Eldrick's boots.

Savin and Kandreesa stand from their seats, departing the gameroom together. As they walk towards the entrance of the cantina their purposeful strides slow to hesistant walk. Lying on the ground outside the cantina is a human male while standing over him is a giant in black robes armed with an activated lightsaber. The lightsaber's blade seems to be dangerously close to the brow of the frightened man. The man's countenence is white with beads of cold sweat running down his face.

The giant leans forward slightly speaking as his green face peers out more visibly from the robe's hood. His voice thunders but is incoherent to Savin because of the distance and the drone of chatter that fills the main foyer of the cantina. Savin knows this Sith Master, well actually has heard of him with his distinct green skin; giant stature; and tusked maw. He whispers to himself, "Ogre Mal Pannis..."

Kandreesa looks over at Savin, "Yes he is betrothed to Daleth..."

Savin cuts her off, "Yeah I know. Well let's get going."

Information and intelligence is the tool of both their trades. They both slip out the entrance door avoiding the fight when Savin sees a third figure. "Greetings Phantom"

OOC: My sincere apologies Ogre. I misread the fact that it was the OUTSIDE wall. No matter - easily rectifiable.

    IC:

Jedi Master Beta had been sitting on the opposite side of the street all this time now, about ten metres away, sitting at the small minibar owned by a relatively tall Sullustan bartender. Well...tall for Sullustan standards anyway. He had been too preoccupied talking to the bartender to even notice the incident involving Ogre and Eldrick. He was pretty chewed up over Jack leaving him for someone else. And the fact that it was a woman added insult to injury. An insight urged him to look up. He did. His eyes widened with horror at the sight of Ogre terrorizing the innocent man. JMB thought to himself quickly. He'd better do something quickly if this Eldrick person was going to be around to tell the tale. Ogre was a big strapping fellow, but JMB wondered if he was bright.

He discreetly made his way around to the side of the bar to which Ogre had his back. He stood nearby a chair at the bar. JMB reached into a fruitbowl. He quickly pulled out a green, saturated Grajnalia fruitnut. Grasping the fruit hard, JMB pulled back his hand and exherted himself towards Ogre. The fruitnut hit Ogre in the back of the head, causing him to rise slightly, then turn around ready to meet the unfortunate soul who just made the biggest mistake of their wasted lives. Ogre was slightly confused to find nobody standing behind him as if they'd just hurled a fruit his way. Jedi Master Beta rose from the stool he had quickly sat in to look inconspicuous, then addressed Ogre...

Oh sir! I saw it! An angry member of the kitchen staff - did you not tip them? Oh, the terrorist, they ran that way! It was a run-by-fruiting! I'll get them next time sir, don't you worry! They'll meet with the hard end of my brush - thats what'll happen to them!

OOC: Once again, sorry about the misunderstanding. Hope this turns out to be interesting! Also, my friend's online and I think he said he'll join in too! :-)

Savin takes a fews step over in Phantom's direction with Kandreesa walking beside him. She has her hand cautiously on the hilt of her vibro-blade taking a quick glance at Ogre and the man lying on the ground.

As the fruit traveled toward the Sith Master, one of his hands snapped up from his side, catching it in flight, but not within his hand. The fruit hovered in mid air. With out even looking up, Ogre had sensed the approaching confection and knew who had sent it in his path, regardless of the man’s yapping.

His head snapped to the side and faced the boisterous and foolish individual and an angry scowl crossed his countenance. “Not a very bright, one are you?” He said mockingly, just as the fruit vanished from the visible spectrum, being hurled so quickly by Ogre’s power over the Force back at the original caster, that it disappeared form sight.

Ogre’s saber never moved from its position in front of Eldrick’s face, as he waited to see the result of his Force throw. The velocity and following impact on a human face should indeed prove to be quite a sight to see for the Sith.

(He couldn’t turn his head to face the voice that he heard talking to Ogre, making some type of explanation for the hurtled fruit. But just out of the corner of an eye, he could see another pair of people, one of which appeared to be talking with the one who kept calling the green faced beats, Master.

His body was beginning to ache noticeably, even above the pain from the burn to his chest and his forehead. Being stuck in this position was not the least bit relaxing or pleasant. He had been sitting completely motionless for several minutes now, wondering if this was going to be the day he died.

Closing his eyes, he hoped that Ogre would be completely distracted by the other man’s talking and forget about him, allowing him to seize the opportunity and make an escape.)
