The Avalanche are looking really good after a dismal season last year. We're optimistic!

Kind of a meh start for the Canucks so far, especially getting downed 4-0 by the Rangers. I read that they hadn't beaten us at home for the last 14 years. I suppose it had to happen sooner or later, but yeesh. Hats off to Lundqvist.

Today is one of those weird super early games (1pm start time) where I could theoretically watch the whole thing live, if I stayed up maybe an hour or so after my normal bedtime.
