Showering in the morning is good as it wakes me up. Showering at night is bad because it wakes me up and I have enough sleeping problems as it is!

Unless I over sleep then when I get home from work...today's a grand example of that.

I shower once at the beach in the early-early morning after surfing, once again after I work out at home, and then again just before I go to bed because I've undoubtedly gotten messy doing whatever with the boys. And when I'm working, if we've done a surgery, I'll shower right at work because I refuse to go from my scrubs to my clothes. So that's what? 3-4 times a day?

Every morning. Unless it is the weekend. Then it's whenever I stumble into the shower.

Usually in the mornings only. Sometimes twice a day if I do something like go work out, get abnormally filthy, have sex, or such.
