I'd say you were in last because ambrose is missing week 1 (in my pay pickem league if you missed a week you got the low score for that week, why don't we give ambrose the low score for week 1 so he can be on even footing)

Sounds simple enough but I would prefer to award him some sort of average for week 1based on everyone else's average, or his own average based on his other weeks of picking.
The problem with giving him an average score (based on his other weeks or the scores for that week by everyone else) is that he has the opprotunity (sp? - mid day breakbetween too many hours of classes) to get higher scores than those who actually got their picks in on time. There's no real punishment for that, and relatively isn't fair to everyone else.

AHAHAHAHA. 5th question down.
I run a football pool and we have a rule for people who miss their picks. They get stuck with all the away teams. Some weeks it's not too bad, others it's devastating. That's my recommendation.Originally Posted by Nathanial K'cansce

well lets vote on it
A. Ambrose gets low score for week 1 (6-10 was low score for those keeping track)
B. Ambrose gets the average score from week 1 (average score was 9-7)
C. Ambrose gets all the away teams (week 1 away teams went 7-9)
D. Leave it be.
and last week would be an example of getting hosed by away teams as you would be 2-12 if you picked the away teams.

If its a democracy, you should vote however you feel you should, not how 'everyone else is voting.' Democracy will fall apart!
