The 2nd Fleet is the Fleet responsable for defending the Calamari Sector.

History

2nd Fleet was established soon after Mon Calamari joined the Rebellion, the Second Fleet is the defensive force assigned to protect the Calamari Sector. It is, not surprisingly, composed almost entirely of Mon Calamari Cruisers. It patrols and maintains the peace over the entire Calamari Sector.

Task Forces

The fleet is divided into various Task Forces, each established to fill one of a variety of roles.

  • Task Force 20 - 2nd Fleet Command Dac Commanded by General Dan Thule
  • Task Force 21 - Dac System Defense Force - Defending Dac and the Dac System. Commanded by Admiral Demek Jast
  • Task Force 22 - Quarren Defense Fleet - Defending Minntooine, Talas, Eridicon IV, Buchich, and Pammant.
  • Task Focre 23 - Calamari Sector Fleet - Patroling Calamari Sector.
  • Task Force 24 - Calamari Shipyard Defense Fleet - Defending Ruisto and Krinemonen III.
  • Task Force 25 - Calamari Sector Defense Fleet - Defending Sanctuary, Mantan, Hinakuu, Damendine, and other un-inhabited systems.
