Lost in a Sea of Stars.

"We have been in hyperspace to long Koro."

Kytana looked over her shoulder at the youngest of her siblings. He was lounging back in the pilot's seat like he didn't have a care in the world.

"Koro!" Koro jumped as she yelled at him. He quickly spun in the pilot's seat to face her.

"What?" He took that angry tone like he always does when he is getting his butt chewed.

"I said! I think we have been in hyper space to long."

"Yeah what do you want me to do about it Ky?" She shook her head in disgust and walked over to the pilot seat shoving her little brother out of the way. "What? It's not my fault Trip is a piece of crap and can't plot a shorter course!" A sad whining set of beeps where sent forth by the astromech droid trip.

Ky just shook her head and pushed a few buttons on the console. Someday's she wished she hadn't ask her younger brothers to be her partners. She didn't have the patience of her older brother Bendak rest his soul. It was Ben's venture in the first place she just inherited it when pirates jumped his ship.

"Yeah it ain't your fault you were born slightly brain damaged." Ky hit a button causing the ship to jolt and then the hyperspace window started to break down.

The small ship jostled about on the inside the inertial dampeners couldn't handle the overload. Everything started to get tussled around including the crew and trip. Koro's head slammed into a bulk head knocking him unconscious. Jhoren in the engine room had a bunch of tools fall on him as he scrambled and stumbled to find a safe area in the chaos.

Trip flew back a forth a few times before initiating his magnetized feet. Ky got thrown back away from the pilots console landing hard on the ground as she tripped over Koro's unconscious body. It only lasted a few minutes but it seemed longer. As the Chaos ended the M22-T Krayt gunship started drifting through open space. Ky sat up dazed pushing Koro's body out of her way.

"What the hell happened?" Jhoren poked his head around the corner he was perched behind. "Um my guess something caused use to drop out of hyperspace."

"Thanks you’re a lot of help." She started to get up from the ground. "Take Koro to his bunk while I try to figure out where we are."

The beauty of silence was often overlooked for the masquerade of sounds. Even in the deep, dark, solitude of space in a galaxy so vast, explorers for millennia’s still hadn't measured it's limits, there was little place for truly soundless experience. There was always the hum of engines. There was always the blast of ship's missiles. There was always war. The stars were never at peace, except in the distant places of the universe, and even there, someone was waiting to destroy tranquility.

Flint was not surprised as he stood in his ship, catching view of another. He had been standing there for hours, watching the empty, black space with his hands behind his back. He stood there like a soldier. He stood there like he was facing the pride of another's army or infantry, as he had so many times before, and waited.

Knocking someone out of hyperspace wasn't too hard, with the right technology.

The COMP Force agent smirked as he stared at the ship. Even though it looked like any other of its line, there was a certain temper coming from it that definitely said bewilderment. Being thrown astray was definitely confusing, and he'd capitalize. In a pivot, he trotted down the steps from the window, and through the freight. Flint was adorn in civilian wear, no more flashy than any other spacer, and was prepared to give his helping hand to the vessel.

Pressing the button, he sent out his signal to the distress of the other. Leaning in, he relayed his message, with calmness.

"Do you need any help? I just saw you pop out of hyperspace pretty recklessly..."

Kytana got to her feet as Jhoren moved from his safe spot to tend to his brother Koro. She swiftly made her way to the console pushing a bunch of button's hoping they would tell her what the hell just happened. Streams of data poured out on a computer screen off to the side. It was all gibberish to her; computer code wasn't her thing if only Bendak was here he would know what to do.

The comm then beeped on console letting her know someone was trying to contact them. She had to wonder if it was pirates with a gravity well generator. Probably going to give their list of demands before they boarded or something. No doubt after realizing it was mandolorian ship there list of demands would be longer than normal. She hit the comm and to her surprise it was a charming male voice not demanding anything, yet.

"Do you need any help? I just saw you pop out of hyperspace pretty recklessly..."

She didn't say anything back as she looked back at the computer screen again only seeing a number's and the occasional loading process. She quickly looked back at the comm button hesitating. Mandolorian's didn't like having to ask for help which just made Ky growled at the console. Finale she just hit the button in frustration knowing she had no other choice.

"Assistance would be appreciated!" Her tone was not angry and low growl could be heard at the end of her sentence. "But I warn you we are armed so don't try anything stupid!"

She closed the comm and yelled back at her brother Jhoren as she looked for her Helmet.

"Make sure Koro is secure then put your helmet on and make sure weapon is ready. We are about to have a visitor. "

Flint smirked at the screen as the message came across. Before another second was wasted, he sat in his chair and began navigating. The ship was moved quickly along side the Mandalorians.

He clicked on the comm link. "Knock, knock, ma'am."

The air lock open slowly until two figures in Mandalorian armor could be seen with there blaster pistols at the ready. There armor was black with tan trim on the helmet and joints. They where armed with BlasTech Light repeating blaster rifles. One of the figures put there weapon to there side and reached up to there helmet turning on the external comm. A female voice came from the figure that spoke.

"You are the one I spoke to?"

"Yes ma'am."

James stood at the air lock, his eyes cycling from the two figures to the blaster pistols. Without a sign of uneasiness, he perked up an eyebrow and lifted his hands slowly. One of those hands still had the comm link in it.

"Is this how you welcome good samaritians?" Flint smiled.

"Rarely do you ever meet a good samaritian in space."

Ky put her weapon up against her leg hitting a button the side of the weapon which magnetized it to her armor. She then reached her other hand up to her helmet and hit to release buttons on each side with both hands. A little hissing sound was released from around the neck line. She then slowly lifted the helmet off her head.

Red hair with black highlights fell down around sky blue eyes. She pushed her hair back from her face with one hand as the other took brought the helmet to her hip. She held it there between her arm and hip as she messed with her hair a little more not once taking her eyes off the man in front of her.

"Name is Kytana of the Mandalorian clan Horizon daughter of Bendak Horizonis."

Her tone prideful as she mentioned her heritage as it should be for any Mandalorian. They where the best damn warriors in the galaxy no matter who said otherwise.

"You are?" She asked with a serious tone.

"Really do you have to tell him everything about us?"

Jhoren was looking right at Kytana as he spoke with his hand to his comm. He didn't like this at all what the hell was this guy doing just sitting out here in space. Really for all they knew he was a frakking pirate and he was the one that caused them to come out of hyperspace in the first place. Mandalorian or not pirates sucked to deal with in Jhoren's opinion.

"Why don't you just tell him where the hell we live so he can take everything we have? For frak sakes I tell you are dumb sometimes Ky."
